With a heavy heart full of sorrow, we are saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Michael Lozoya on April 15, 2021. Michael was only 22 years old but lived his life to the fullest and never had any regrets. Michael was born on August 4, 1998 in El Paso, Texas and moved to Midland when he was 7 years old.

Michael leaves behind his parents, Cesar Lozoya and Christina Scott, brothers Cesar Lozoya II and Stephen Lozoya, and sister Samantha Lozoya. Nephews, Cesar Lozoya III and Damian Lozoya, niece Natalie Lozoya. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.

Michael touched many lives with his goofy personality. He was always the life of everyone's day, the shining light to any room. He loved spending time with his nephews, and niece teaching them bad words. He was his moms partner to watch chic flicks. He was the friend you could always count on. He never said no to a good party and could surely out drink you. He was known as being the most polite, respectful gentleman. He enjoyed going out to eat wherever they served good micheladas. He was well known to spend 2 hours starching his pants. His love for Spanish music and one hell of a dancer. Loved chilling on his phone and taking pics for snap. He sure was good at annoying his siblings but the memories he leaves them with will never be forgotten. He leaves his family broken hearted, he will truly be missed. In his famous words, "What's up Cuhh and True, True".

Viewing will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 from 2pm-9pm with a Rosary at 7:00pm at Heavenly Gate Funeral Home, 405 N. Terrell St. Midland, Texas. Funeral mass is set for Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 10:00am at St. Stephen's Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers for the service will be Roberto Lozoya, Edgar Martinez, Chris Moreno, Edgar Galindo, and Ruben Llamas. Honorary Pallbearers are Cesar Lozoya II, Stephen Lozoya, and Samantha Lozoya.
