Eloise Willett, 82 of Alvord, TX, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 27, 2020.
Funeral services will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 1st, at the Old Country Church in Bowie, TX, with Charles Reed officiating.
Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery in Sunset, TX.
Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, September 30th, at the White Family Funeral Home in Bowie.
Eloise was born February 23, 1938 in Sunset, to Elzie Lee and Deno Laverne (Blaylock) Pittman. She attended Bowie High School. On November 24, 1955, Eloise married Nolan Lee Willett in Sunset, TX. She worked for Hagger Slacks Co. and Howard Wolf Co. for many years as a seamstress. Eloise also owned and operated Any Blooming Thing Flower Shop in Sunset. Eloise was a member of the Sunset Assembly of God Church since 1955. She was a devoted Mother, Grandmother and Sister.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Nolan Lee Willett, sister Elaine Kasner, son-in-law James Blake, and sister-in-law Shirley Pittman.
Eloise is survived by her children Nolinda Blake of Alvord, Kent Willett and wife Judy of Henryetta, OK, Reese Willett and wife Karen of Weatherford, TX and Craig Willett and wife Malisha of Paris, TX; 18 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; brothers Curtis Pittman of Sheridan, TX and Keith Pittman and wife Carol of Decatur, TX; sister Elwanda Ruddick and husband Ed of Decatur, TX; brother-in-law Dewayne Kasner of Bridgeport, TX; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
