Mrs. McNamara died Wednesday at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
She was born March 29, 1903, in Knowledge Hill. She moved to Lawrence at an early age. She was a sewing instructor at Haskell Indian Junior College for several years and then worked on a government housing project.
Mrs. McNamara was a member of the Christian Church.
She married Roy S. McNamara, who died in 1969.
Survivors include a daughter, Bonnie Turner, Lawrence; two sons, Glenn W. Beebe, Downey, Calif., and Rollie C. Beebe, Tulsa, Okla.; two sisters, Ila Conrad, Oklahoma City, and Chloe Zillner, Lawrence; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
