Lois C. Case
Lois C. "Meme" Case, 65, a former Amarillo resident, died Thursday, Dec. 21, 1995, in Carlsbad, N.M.

Services will be at 3 p.m. today in Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, 6969 E. Interstate 40. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Case was born in Vinson, Okla. She moved to Amarillo in 1953 from Abilene. She married George Garrett Mathews in 1947 at Paducah. He died in 1962. She also was preceded in death by a daughter, Martha Ann Mathews, in 1960. She married Robert Lee Case in 1965 at Amarillo.

She was a homemaker, a Baptist and a member of the Carlsbad senior citizens organization.

Survivors include two sons, Billy Mathews of Phelan, Calif., and Eddie Case of Lubbock; two daughters, Oneta Wheeler of Lubbock and Nancy Smith of Carlsbad; a sister, Geneva Lynch of Amarillo; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to the American Lung Association.
