Don was born to A.W. and Jewel Fullerton Seale on January 18, 1936 in Seymour, TX. After living in several places during his early years, his family moved to Electra in 1948. Don graduated from Electra High School in 1954 and joined his father in establishing Seale Well Service in the 1950's.
Don married Banetha Carter in Frederick, Oklahoma in 1955. They moved to their current Electra home in 1964. Don was an active member of the community particularly with the Electra ISD serving as a member of the school board for many years (1981-1998).
Don is survived by his loving wife Banetha; daughter Lisa and her husband Justin Jacobi and their daughters Celina and Lily; son Clay, his wife Karla Seale and their daughter Ashley; and son Brian and his wife Wendy Seale, and their children Tyler, Zac, Garrett, and Nicole. Don's love of family, his hard work ethic as well as his passion for the outdoors, hunting, and the game of golf was instilled in and shared by his family.
Don is also survived by sisters Linda Sheppard and Jody Howton and their respective spouses Presley and Billy Bob, as well as loving nieces and nephews. Don leaves behind his aunt Peggy Harris of Vernon, Texas along with many loving cousins.
Don was preceded in death by his parents A.W. and Jewel, daughter Cammie, and daughter-in-law Marsha Weddle Seale.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2:00 p.m. at the Electra Crooked Creek Country Club. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Seale Family Scholarship, Vernon College Foundation, 4400 College Drive, Vernon, TX 76383 or the Electra Country Club 13975 State Hwy 240 W., Electra, TX 76360.
