Funeral Services or Mr. Edward Harris, 88, of Oklahoma City will be held on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 10:00 a. m. in the Herb Clark Memorial Chapel in Tishomingo, Oklahoma with Brother Randy Tadlock officiating. Interment will follow in the Condon Grove Cemetery in Milburn, Oklahoma. Mr. Harris passed away on July 2, 2018 at his home in Oklahoma City.

Edward Harris was born on October 23, 1929 in Coleman, Oklahoma to Robert Harris and Flora (Harner) Harris. He attended Fillmore Schools and married Bertha Berry on August 15, 1947 in Johnston County. He lived in California for a few years and moved to Oklahoma City in 1952. He worked as a diesel mechanic for Transcon Motor Freight, from which he retired after over 30 years of service.

He was preceded his parents; his wife; his son, Charles Edward Harris; a brother and a sister.

Ed is survived by his daughter, Rhonda Edwards and husband Michael of Oklahoma City; his brother, Everett Harris, also of Oklahoma City; other relatives and friends.

Family Members served as Pallbearers.
