Thomas C. Pittman married Miss Agnes Jordan on 20 August 1910 at Hico, Texas. The couple moved to Shackelford County in 1914 and Mr. Pittman former a ranching partnership with Jess W. Reynolds. After Mr. Pittman became ill, the partnership was dissolved.
Services for Thomas C. Pittman, 70, were held at First Baptist Church. Mr. Pittman was a member of the Baptist Church at Albany.
Survived by his wife; three sons - Randolph Pittman, T.C. Pittman, Jr, Frank K. Pittman; three daughters - Miss Dorothy Gene Pittman, Mrs. Charles C. Thompson, MRs. Eugene L. Adoue; one sister - Mrs. Louis Bryant; five grandchildren.
