Mrs. Pittman died Tuesday night at her home after a two-week illness.
Mrs. Pittman was the former Agnes Jordon, born August 8, 1887, at Dalton, Georgia.
Her family came to Texas and she was marrie3d to T. C. Pittman at Hico on August 20, 1910. The Pittmasn came to Shackelford County in 1914, where they ranched for many years, and formed a partnership with Jess Reynolds, ranching under the name of Pittman &
Reynolds Cattle Co. Mr. Pittman died November 22, 1956.
Mrs. Pittman had been a member of the First Baptist Church here for 45 years and was an active member of the Missionary Union.
