OBITUARY
Mrs. Emma Outten, who was formerly Miss Emma Joslin died in a hospital in Seattle, Wash., March 24 and was buried in the Salubria cemetery on March 28. The funeral services were held in the Baptist church of this place, Rev. Carl of Midvale officiating.
Miss Joslin was born and raised in the Salubria valley and her relatives and friends were much grieved to learn of her untimely death.
She leaves two small children, her mother, Mrs. Geo. Ware of Eugene, Oregon, three sisters, Mrs. Daisy Thomas of Fresno, Cal., Mrs. Baker of Nebr., and Mrs. Chas. Howland of Cambridge, and five brothers, Ben and Bryan of Eastern Oregon and Harvey, Bruce and Will of Indian Valley.
