BRISTOL, Va. Betty Barker White, age 73, passed away Friday, October 16, 2015, at Nova Health Care in Weber City, Va. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reece T. White; her parents, Coy and Ruby Barker; and her daughter, Crystal Downam. She is survived by two sons, Ronald White and wife, Deborah, and Charles White; brothers, Robert Barker and wife, Gracie, Coy Barker, Jr. and wife, Lacie, Gerald Barker, and David Barker and wife, Mickey; sisters, Shirley Ferguson and husband, George, Margaret Ferguson, and Mary Laudermilk; 13 grandchildren, Ashley White, Brandon White, Christa White, Ronald White, Jr., Brooke White, John Meade, Corey White, Amber White, Taylor White, Alisyn White, Amber Downam, William Downam, and Amanda Downam; seven great grandchildren, McKensie Dancy, Preston White, Aislyn White, Zooey White, Austin Meade, Tyler Meade, and Rylee Page, and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, October 23, 2015, in Baptist Cemetery with Mr. Mark Mitchell and Mr. Connor Mitchell officiating. Everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery.
