Marion Conn, age 82, of Jackson, Oh., widow of Aaron B. Conn, passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2010, at her granddaughter�s residence in Columbus, Oh. She was born July 1, 1928, in Boldman, Ky., the daughter of late Grover Cleveland Irick and Mary Hall Irick. Mrs. Conn was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include her son, Johnny Lee Conn, Ohio, daughter, Donna (Bruce) Smith, Wellston, Oh., brother Harry �Sonny� Irick, Betsy Layne, Ky., sister Audrey Parsons, Honaker, Ky., 5 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and a daughter, Martha Raye Short.
Funeral Services for Marion Conn will be conducted Sunday, November 21, 2010 at 2:00 p.m., at Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Ky., with Harry Dean Irick officiating. Burial will follow in the Fred Conn Cemetery, Dana, Ky., with Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Ky., caring for those arrangements. Visitation is from 5:00-8:00 p.m., Saturday at the funeral home.
