Mary V. Ferguson, 72, of Collinsville, died Thursday, June 7, 2012, at Memorial Hospital in Martinsville.

A graveside service for Mary Vaughn Ferguson, 72, of Collinsville, will be at 3 p.m. today at Mount Hermon Church of the Brethren cemetery with the Rev. Mike Varner officiating.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. today at the church and other times at the home of Regina Craig, 303 Belva Lane, Collinsville.
Ferguson died Thursday, June 7, 2012, at Memorial Hospital in Martinsville.
She was born in Henry County on May 21, 1940, to June C. Vaughn and Bessie Mae Ferguson. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Willis Herman Ferguson Sr.; a son, Willis Herman Ferguson Jr.; three brothers, Mack Vaughn, Dudley Vaughn and Gerald Vaughn; and a sister, Shirley Mae Vaughn.
She was a member of Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Regina Craig of Collinsville and Darlene Isom of Bassett; two grandchildren; and three brothers, William C. “Bub” Vaughn, Dean Vaughn and Mike Vaughn, all of Bassett.
