Christine Cadle, age 78, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, December 28, 2014. She was born December 5, 1936 in Defuniak Springs to Coy and Bessie Burgess. She was a member of Alaqua Methodist Church and dearly loved flowers and gardening.
Christine was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Roy and Gene Burgess.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Keith Cadle of Crestview; daughters, Mindy Cadle Swihart and Kelly of Petersburg, Alaska, Melissa Ballard of Niceville; brother, Ronald Burgess and Susan of Defuniak Springs; sisters, Montez Golden and Roy of Blountstown, Sharon Anderson and Paul of Crestview, Florida; seven grandchildren, Arianne Huntsman, Samuel, Morgan, and Anna Swihart, Tavish Frederick, Kaitlyn and Jameson Ballard.
A time of visitation will be held Wednesday, December 31, 2014 from 11:00am-1:00pm at Palm Chapel Primitive Baptist in Crestview with service starting at 1:00pm. Burial will follow at Alaqua United Methodist Church Cemetery in Defuniak Springs.
In lieu of flowers family would like donations be made to Diabetes Association or Palm Chapel Primitive Baptist Church.
