She was born June 12, 1950, in Johnson County, the daughter of Robert and Lora Blanton Hackworth, and was a resident of Oil Springs.
Surviving in addition to her mother are two daughters, Lisa Carol and Rhonda Michell Conley at home; three brothers, Donald Hackworth and Jimmy Hackworth, Swamp Branch and Herbert Hackworth, Oil Springs, and two sisters, Thelma Hackworth, Riceville and Wanda Lemaster of Oil Springs.
Revs. Jimmy Daniels and Herbert Music officiated at the services with burial in Bayes Cemetery at Swamp Branch.
