Eva Tune Fritz, 91, of Port Orchard died Dec. 30, 2002, at Ridgemont Terrace in Port Orchard.
She was born Oct. 4, 1911, in Rising Star, Texas, to Thomas and Beulah (Dameron) Tune. She graduated from O'Donnell High School in O'Donnell, Texas.
She married Calvin Fritz on Aug. 23, 1931, in Carlsbad, N.M. He died in 1984.
Mrs. Fritz was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening and painting. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Port Orchard.
Survivors include a son, and his wife of Port Orchard; a brother of Big Spring, Texas; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Three brothers, Dick, Earl and Burl Tune, preceded her in death.
A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Pendleton-Gilchrist Funeral Home at Rill Chapel with interment at Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard. An online memorial can be seen at www.rill.com.
