MRS. LAWRENCE PRESLEY

Mrs. Lawrence (Margaret Ann) Presley, 54, 4510 Grove Place, Tacoma, Wash., a former resident of Reliance, died Feb 23, in a Tacoma hospital.

She was born Oct. 31, 1913, in Reliance and moved to Tacoma in 1948. A retired registered nurse, Mrs. Presley was a graduate of Reliance High School and of the Wyoming General Hospital School of Nursing in 1936. Mrs. Presley was in Rock Springs in 1966 for the hospital nurses' reunion.

She was a member of the Methodist Church and the Washington State Nurses' Association and has worked for the State of Washington.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Lawrence L. Presley Jr., Tacoma; one brother, James Kelley, Reliance; two sisters, Mrs. Helen Roberts, Cokeville, and Agnes Kelley, Rock Springs, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hugh M. Kelley and one sister, Mrs. William (Mary) Sellers.

Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon at the Valley Chapel, Mountain View Funeral Home, Tacoma, the Rev. Paul Hamblin officiating. Burial was in Mountain View Memorial Park, Tacoma.

Pallbearers were Garner Burchett, Norman Webster, O.F. Philbin, Karl Smith, Preston Partridge and James Kelley.
