About 1892 the family came from Norway, and the family settled in the North Branch of Hale but after three years moved to Johnson Valley where they have since.
Lena was in the 1920 census, she died Nov 3, 1927 according to daughter's obituary.
They had following children:
1. Martin,
2. Hans and
3. Edwin Thoreson (1898-1973) of Thief River Falls,
and four daughters
4. Anna, Mrs. Odin Nelson;
5. Hilda, Mrs. Theodore Gullicksrud;
6. Selma, Mrs. Oliver Stomprud; and
7. Louise, Mrs. Arthur Kensmoe, all of the Strum vicinity.
8. One daughter (Selma) also died March 10, 1897
9. Karen Thoreson died 1931
Section 119 with 5 other Thoreson plots
1. Martin 1885-1966

3. Hilda Gullicksrud 1891-1974
4. Hans 1893-1977

6. Edwin 1898-1973
Oscar 1887?
Anna 1889?

I wonder if they may be relatives of Thronsons in Section 120 and 121, I have seen the name Thoreson and Thronson used together in census info.
