Retired Lodi Farmer Dies
Clarence N. Fore, 84, of Rt 2, Box 252, Lodi, passed away at a local hospital Wednesday evening after an extended illness.
A native of Missouri, he attended school at Clements, and Woodbridge schools. Mr. Fore was a retired farmer, and resided near Lodi since 1918.
He was the husband of Rose Perrault Fore, and father of Mrs. Stanlee Beckman and grandfather of Guynneth Ann Beckman. He was the brother of Jewel Grimsley of Stockton, Millard and Noble Fore of Lodi, and the late Charles, Elmo, Burdette Fore and Mrs. Goldie Ashworth.
Funeral services will be held Saturday in the Chapel of the East Pine Funeral Home with the Rev. W. Ward Murray of the Grace Presbyterian Church officiating.
Entombment will follow in the family crypt at the Lodi Memorial Mausoleum.
