Chester was the son of Edward Debora Parr & Mary Ellen Woods Parr. During WWI, he served in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged, due to disability, on June 24, 1918. Mr. Parr was a self-employed automobile dealer. He passed away from the effects of pneumonia.
