Indiana State Board of Health Certificate of Death No. 67, page 32899 for Franklin, Johnson County records James Harvey Gillaspy, a 68 years, 10 months, and 12-days-old married white male, a retired Farmer, died about 2:30 p.m. on 11 October 1918 at home, 150 Breckenridge St. due to "Chronic Brights." He was the son of Robert D. Gillaspy, and Sarah Teeters, both born in Indiana. Mrs. Joe Simpson was the informant. Burial was at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, Johnson County on 13 October 1918, Henderson, Flinn and Jennings of Franklin, in charge.
