29 years of dedicated service at Cessna Aircraft Co. Vicki and her husband spent considerable time traveling to visit family members throughout much of the U.S. and she was deeply concerned about their lives. When her many brothers-in-law needed family news and events, she was always the person to call. Her concern for others was legendary and she was most comfortable caring for others and contributing to their happiness. She was a soft touch for the financial and personal needs of both family and friends. Her life, however, was centered on her husband, daughters and grandchildren. D/O Harold T. Howell and Marjorie J. Spears. On April 27, 1974 she married Richard D. Brown in Las Vegas, NV. Survivors: husband, Dick; daughters and sons-in-law, Janelle & Lance Wilson, Andover, Lynette & Ray Weil, Haysville; mother and step-father, Marge & Glenn Blackwell; father, Harold Howell, all of Wichita; grandchildren, Peyton, Rece, Brittani, Madison and Conner; sisters and brothers-in-law, Connie & Bill Carter, Huntsville, AL, Deborah & Jim Hauserman, and Margo Nunn, all of Wichita.
