Charlotte Alice Brimer age, 71, of Atlanta, Texas, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on December 31, 2011. At the time of her departure she was at home surrounded by her friends and family.
Charlotte was born October 21, 1940 in Cass County. She worked at Atlanta Federal Savings and Loan for numerous years before partnering with Henry Allen King to meet the real estate and insurance needs of her community. Charlotte worked with Henry for a total of 49 years. Charlotte was a lifelong member of Westside Baptist Church in Atlanta, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Pauline Fore, and a brother Boyce E. Fore.
She is survived by her husband, Freddy Brimer of Atlanta, Texas; a brother, Reverend James Fore and wife Mary of Texarkana, Texas; a sister, Veneda Lance and husband W. D. Lance of Atlanta, Texas; three sisters-in-law, Delores Fore of Columbus, Texas, Marjorie Sloan of Queen City, Texas, and Mary Sue Kirkland of Pearsall, Texas. She had a special place in her heart for numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and special friends who knew her as "Tata".
