Rev. James Harold Fore, age 81, of Texarkana, Texas died Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at his residence.
Mr. Fore was born January 11, 1935 in Linden, Texas. He was a Baptist minister and a logging contractor. He was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Fore, of Texarkana, Texas; one daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Tim Phillips of Nash, Texas, two sons and one daughter-in-law, Jody and Judy Fore of Texarkana, Texas and Marc Fore of Texarkana, Texas; one sister, Veneda and W.D. Lance of Atlanta, Texas; one sister-in-law, Delores Fore of Cat Springs, Texas; one brother-in-law, Freddy Brimer of Atlanta, Texas; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, October 15, 2016 at New Colony Baptist Church, Linden, Texas with Rev. George Wormington and Rev. Kevin Holt officiating. Burial will follow at New Colony Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at a visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Chapelwood Funeral Home, Nash, Texas.
