Elder William David ALMAND, who is buried in this cemetery, donated the 5.4 acres. The first service was held in the church on March 29, 1879, elder Almand preached the gospel. The church closed its door in May 2002. The remaining property and building were deeded to the Philadelphia United Methodist Church in June of that same year.

Cemetery is located to the left of where the church building once stood on Almand Road NW. Almand road is off of Loganville Highway (Hwy. 20) Cemetery is in good condition.
