Bio

I am the daughter of Priscilla Sue Achterkirchen (born Mary Sue Greene, Boone, NC, deceased, 164153220). I am also the bio daughter of DCH (will post more info as I can). I'm the beloved grand daughter of Mary Docia Greene Achterkirchen (121281583) and Henry Frederick Achterkirchen (179000700). Bio gd of RLG & FPC. I am proud to be the great granddaughter of Watauga County's Fannie Beatrice Norris Greene, (50999612) and Copna Horton Greene (50880203). I have three siblings born to my Mom, Priscilla Sue Achterkirchen; Crystal Hope (deceased, 179095209), Ralph E. and Barry F. I also have a paternal sister, Robin H, of Ohio. I am married and live in Maryland. I am a very very proud Mom and Grandma!!! I have 2 bio sons, Eric B and Timothy L. and a stepdaughter, Crystal N. Additionally, I have four children born of my heart; two daughters; Sadie M and Kimberley A., two sons, Joshua D and Steven L. I also have 5 beautiful grand children; Ashley S, Austin N, Hailey R, Gabby M and Ari T. I love all of my FAMILY "bigger than the whole wide world". I am a Libra, born on Friday, September 28,1962 in Washington, DC. I married my first husband, Michael L in 1981 and got together in 1990 with my now husband, Robert L. I love God, my FAMILY and all of my dear friends; at the top of that list is RLS, CDJ, and DTN. I love to watch Hallmark movies, take pictures, listen to music, watch Jeopardy, play Words with Friends and occasionally do a paint by number project. I love to take day trips or weekend getaways, especially with my cousin, Gino. And I ALWAYS look forward to my annual vacation to the beautiful mountains of Watauga County, North Carolina. I have spent my whole life volunteering; Head start, Girl Scouts, Youth Bowling (YABA) Leagues, SMC public schools, Special Olympics and in the EMS Community as an EMT, CPR and First Aid Instructor with both the American Heart Association and the American Red Cross. I am honored to now serve as a Volunteer Contributor for Find A Grave, setting up and managing Memorials as well as taking graveside photos for family members. It's been a real honor and privilege to meet and get to know my birth family, as well as make lifelong friends along my DNA journey. I seek to know anyone and everyone that is part of my family tree, so PLEASE feel free to email me. I also strive to help other families connect, so if you are FAMILY of a Memorial I've created or manage and wish to add to, change/edit information, I welcome your suggestion. Thank you and God bless you and yours.
