July 2, 1967 - September 15, 2007



Garrett (Gator) Hardin Dalton III, 40, a resident of Reliance, passed away Saturday, September 15, 2007 in a local hospital.



He was a member of Hiwassee Union Baptist Church.



He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Garrett Dalton I.



He is survived by his parents, Garrett Dalton, Jr. and step mother, Gail Dalton of Reliance and Lorene Havner and step father, Leonard Havner of South Pittsburg; sisters, Monica Bates and Kindra Dalton ; grandparents: Johnnie Dalton, Vance Davenport and step grandmother, Juanita Davenport, Louise Owens and step grandfather, Johnny Owens; godfather, Dana Owens; special friends, Pam and Billy Owens and several nieces and nephews.



Funeral services will be conducted at 8:00 P.M. Monday in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with the Reverend Benny Thomas officiating.



His family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, September 17th

at the funeral home prior to the service.
