She was preceded in death by one son, William Kent Forrester; her father Quiller Perkins; and one brother Ezra Perkins.
Survivors: one daughter Lounita Forrester; 2 sons Richard Forrester and Kelly A Forrester, Jr; 5 sisters; 7 brothers; her mother Ruby Perkins; 3 grandchildren.
