Mrs. Williams was a retired school cafeteria worker. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at National Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Clarence Cooper officiating. Burial will be in Providence Cemetery near Gore Springs.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, John Edd Williams; a brother, Thomas Aaron Slaton; and a sister, Betty Lois Slaton.
She is survived by seven sons, Ed Nail, Jimmy Nail, Jerry Williams, Johnny Williams, Mike Williams, Kenny Williams, all of Grenada and Ralph Williams of Plantation, Fla.; her mother, Anna Leigh Slaton of Greenwood; three brothers, Marvin Slaton, Paul Slaton and Bobby Slaton, all of Greenwood; three sisters, Josephine Evans of Boyle, Ann Overton of Steens and Mertice Ugolini of Greenville; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
National Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
