Egbert Penny, Jr., of Peaceable Hill road, Brewster, passed away at the residence of his daughter on Tuesday, November 18, 1947, following an illness of the past two weeks. Mr. Penny, who was a retired farmer, had resided until recently at Green Haven. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Katherine Briggs, of Sharon, Conn., and Mrs. Norman Tompkins, of Brewster; and three sons, Harold Penny, of West Pawling. Earl Penny, of Green Haven, and Leonard Penny, of Farmers Mills. Interment was in Milltown Rural Cemetery
