LAKE CITY, Fla. — Graveside memorial services for June Rutherford Turner Dixon, 69, formerly of Rochelle, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 8 in Morningside Cemetery in Rochelle. The Rev. Brett Jarriel will officiate.
Mrs. Dixon died Sunday, Nov. 26, 2006.
Born Feb. 2, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Kermit Rutherford and Mary Opal McGlamory Rutherford Fisher. She was a graduate of Wilcox Central High School and had lived for the past 15 years in Lake City, Fla. She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her sons, Michael Turner of Douglasville, Ricky Turner of Evans Mills, N.Y., and Greg Turner of Merrimack, N.H.; brothers, Derrell Rutherford of Rochelle, Terry Rutherford of Morganton and Jimmy Rutherford of Cumming; sisters, Faye Willingham of Andersonville, and Jane Rutherford of Plano, Texas; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Frazier and Son Funeral Home of Rochelle has charge of the arrangements.
