Served in the Civil War , 7th Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, Company G, along side his son Samuel , his brother John , his ex brother in law Henry Tuggle , and several cousins. John , Henry , and Samuel all died during the war. His son Joseph (Joel) also served in the Civil War in the 49th Volunteer Infantry Company G.

I need help in my search for Samuel's burial place; he should have a Civil War headstone.
