Elizabeth was the eldest daughter of Seaton Taylor and Sarah Bowen/Bourne. She married Alexander Harding on June 6, 1839 in Perry Co., IN. He was the son of Samuel Harding and Margaret Van Winkle. To this union three children were born; Alexander, Sarah Louise, and James Henderson. After the death of Alexander, she married Asa Kelim on Dec. 7, 1851 in Perry Co., IN. To this union six children were born; Daniel Seaton, Mary Frances, Elizabeth Ann, William Henry, Thomas J., and Alice.

Elizabeth is buried with her second husband Asa, several children, her sister Margaret P. McKim, and various other relatives. Inscription; "79Y 10M"
