Mrs Sarah L. wife of John Lynch died at the Family Home 7 miles Northeast of Grant City early Monday Morning September 5, 1898.
Her disease was dropsy of the Heart and from which she had suffered for sometime.
Mrs Lynch was born in Posey County, Indiana March 4, 1846 and was rherefore aged 52 years, 6 months & one day.
In 1864 she united with the Missionary Baptists and remained a constant & consistent member until the death Angel called her home.
Those left to mourn her departure are a Husband, one Daughter, Seven Sons, Mother, Brother, Two Sisters and a host of Friends.
The Funeral took place Tuesday and the remains were laid to rest in the Fletchall Cemetery. Elder Glenn of Redding, Iowa conducted the exercises and selected for his text, Revelation 14th chapter, 13th verse.
