Former Alfalfa Resident Dies
Services for Nellie Crow, 83, formerly of Yukon and former Alfalfa area resident, were May 12 at the First Baptist church in Yukon.
Charles Dimey of Spiro and Charles Duker, minister of the church, officiated. Burial was in the Alfalfa cemetery.
Mrs. Crow died May 8 in a nursing home in Tulare, Calif., after a long illness.
She was a native of Copperhill, Tenn. She married L. (Bud) Reynolds in 1911. He died in 1940.
She married L.E. Crow in November of 1944. he preceded her in death in February of 1958.
She lived in Yukon from 1940 to 1974 when she moved to California to live with her daughter, Mrs. Lela Kendrick of Tulare, Calif.
She was a member of the Baptist church.
Survivors include two sons, Elwood Reynolds of Yukon and J.H. Reynolds of Arkansas City, Kan.; a stepson, Nelson Crow of Muskogee; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Irene Dees of Fort Worth, Tex., four grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
