Uncle Nick loved all kinds of sports and was an authority of them all! DO NOT argue with him....he knew it all. He truly loved his bowling and was on a league for the last two years. "Ten Board" he would say has he would say as he told & showed us how to bowl, twisting his arm to show the spin he put on it.
Nick was born a special person. He never had the opportunity to go to school as we did but he knew alot of things. Ask him how to get from one point to another in the Portland metro area and he knew which buses would get you there......and back.
He loved and knitted many many scarfs (a trait from his mother), giving everyone he knew one as a gift. He could be mean as a orny old ox when he got mad but he had a grin and a certain sort of a giggle when he laughed, which you couldn't help but laugh right along with him.
Rest in Peace Uncle Nick, now you know....."How's Mommy"?
You have been separated from her for 25 years now.
Give her a kiss and hug for us... we miss her and grampa too
