Berthoud, CO - A 79 year old Berthoud man who was missing since Friday was found alive Tuesday in a dry irrigation ditch near here.
Authorities said the man, Matt Kirkpatrick, suffered from exposure and sunburn. Kirkpatrick, a patient at a Berthoud nursing home, walked away from the home Friday morning and he apparently fell into the ditch between Berthoud and Loveland about 4pm Saturday.
