Ted was a person that people liked as he was always there to help friends and family through tough times. He loved to fish and hunt. He always liked bringing in a nice fish. He loved sports. Baseball was his favorite. He was instrumental in getting his grandson Scott interested in sports and he traveled many miles to follow his high school career. He was a good and caring person.

He married Dorothy K. Clark, nicknamed Dot, May 12, 1925 in Seattle Washington. She had a career in civil service as a budget analyst. She was also an excellent seamstress and cook.

Together they had two children, Dorothy Alice Bair 1931 - 2013 and Richard Clark Bair 1935 - 2015
