Services for Anne Sanders, age 103, of Tyler, Texas will be held on Friday, February 18,2022, at 2:00pm at Burks-Walker-Tippit with the Reverend Buddy Powell officiating.

Burial will follow at Chandler Cemetery in Chandler, Texas, under the direction of Jackson"s Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Home.

Anne Sanders passed away peacefully on February 14,2022 at Park Place Nursing Home.

She was born in Bullard, Texas one of nine children to Talmadge DeForrest Johnston and Jimmie Vickery Holley Johnston. She married Walter Melbourne Ginn in 1942 and they were married until his death in 1976. She married Forrest Sanders, Jr. in 2001.She was a bookkeeper by profession. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist church.

Anne is survived by her husband, Forrest and her 4 children, Jo Anne Ivy of Tyler, Elizabeth Sue Balzrette of San Antonio, Judy Gallien of San Antonio, and Neill Ginn of Tyler. She leaves 4 grandchildren, Lee Anne Grant of Surprise Az, Gregory and Stephen Balzrette of San Antonio, and Megan LaRoche of Springfield, Va. She was preceded in death by 2 grandsons, Kenneth Ivy of Tyler and Jeff Gallien of San Antonio. She also has 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Gregory Balzrette, Stephen Balzrette, Shep LaRoche, Riley Grant, Max Grant, and David Ginn.
