Barbara Ellen Livesay, age 83, of White Pine, passed away Friday, December 10, 2021 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. She was a member of Adriel Baptist Church. Barbara was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and was always willing to help those in need. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Kelly Livesay; second husband, Howard Sinard; parents, James Walter and Maude Lou Dalton; and brothers, L.N. Dalton and William Ray Dalton. She is survived by her sons, grandchildren, and an abundance of great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Tuesday, December 14th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Ben Watts officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 15th at Adriel Baptist Church Cemetery in Bean Station for graveside services. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
