Their son, Austin Britton, was born in 1858 and died in 1926, per his tombstone. All are buried at the Cochran Cemetery in Perry Township, Fayette County, Ohio.

Per Julia Ann Crooks Britton's obituary that ran in the Washington CH Herald on Wednesday, March 7, 1934, page 6:

"Woman Dies at 99 Years - Had Spent All of Life in this County"

Mrs. Julia Ann Britton who was nearing her 99th year, died at the Rest Home in this city, Wednesday forenoon at 11:15 o'clock, her death being due to the complications of old age.

For the past nine months Mrs. Britton had been cared for at the Rest Home and had been in poor health for some time.

Mrs. Britton was the widow of Harrison Britton, and spent a large part of her life in the Rock Mills Community, where she leaves a great many friends. Two sons preceded her in death.

The body will remain at the Klever Funeral Home and funeral services will be held there Friday at 3:00 p.m. with burial in the Cochran Cemetery.

Mrs. Britton was one of the oldest residents, and until comparatively recent years, had always enjoyed good health.
