Larry D. Witherspoon, age 51 of Paris, Illinois, passed away at 6:05 a.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2012 in Twin Lakes Rehab and Healthcare Center, Paris, Illinois. He was a self-employed laborer.
Mr. Witherspoon was born July 22, 1960 in Paris, Illinois to the late James W. and Hazel (Ayres) Witherspoon.
Survivors include brothers and sisters; Nancy Callahan of Mattoon, Illinois, Don Witherspoon of Paris, Illinois, Betty Lucas of Mattoon, Illinois, Mary Gass of Arthur, Illinois, Shirley Moreton of Port Washington, Wisconsin, Wanda Witherspoon of Clinton, Indiana, Jerry Witherspoon of Rockville, Indiana and Jimmy Witherspoon of Clinton, Indiana, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Bobby Witherspoon.
Following cremation, a memorial gathering and graveside service will be held at a later date.
