The Lints family moved from Hill City, SD to Deadwood, SD around 1904. Ellen married Karl Erby Webb (1890-1954) on 2/20/1917 at Ellen's parent's home at 80 Cliff Street in Deadwood, SD. They had one daughter, Dorothy Evelyn WEBB Berry (1918-1951).
She passed away at St. Joseph's Hospital in Deadwood, SD from a sudden paralytic stroke (she was fine in the afternoon, yet was found unconscious on the floor that evening).
*LAST NAME NOTE* Lints and Lintz are used interchangeably and because I do not have a birth or death certificate (her dad possibly changed the spelling), I don't know which is correct.
FIRST NOTE: All ten of the burials in this family plot have the death/burial dates on Mt. Moriah's website completely mixed up. Burial listed for one person is actually the burial for another. It finally clicked in my head a couple days ago after I did a wonky matrix piece of paper to cross-reference everything. For instance, "Mrs. K. E. Webb (no first name)" has a death/burial date of 3/17/1918. That's actually the death burial date for Mrs. Ellis (FLORA) Enderby. All the other plots have the exact same problem, but I know who's who now and will add accordingly since none are listed on FindAGrave. In this family plot are:
Mrs. Ellis (Flora) Enderby
Gilbert Angus Enderby
Charles Enderby
Mrs. David (Ruie WEAVER) Lintz
David Lints (mistakenly listed as David Lynch)
Andrew Jackson Webb, Sr.
Mrs. A. J. (Capitola ROGERS) Webb
Robert Webb
Muriel Naden Webb
Mrs. K. E. (Evelyn LINTZ/LINTS) Webb
SECOND NOTE: None of the newspapers on newspapers.com for South Dakota that I have found are indexed to where, if you look up a person's name on Ancestry of FamilySearch or google or whatever, that there would be a link back to newspapers.com. I had to do random searches of names that might make something come up and physically scan through every single page of whatever paper I decided to search. There are quite a few typos/typesetting errors in the paper in the earlier days, so a lot of times, nothing will come up. You just have to be diligent and patient.
THIRD NOTE: With Mt. Moriah's online cemetery records, I have found that a lot of people are not listed on FindAGrave yet (I'm working on adding them now) and they are not searchably indexed for genealogy purposes anywhere, either.
