Andrew's third wife was Lucia Ann (Hathaway) Waller Sheets (1837-1915). Andrew and Lucia were married on April 13, 1884 in Winneshiek County, Iowa. He was the son of George Sheetz. Andrew was a Civil War Veteran from the 19th Iowa, Co. A. Mustered in August 13, 1862 and out on July 10, 1865 in Mobile, Alabama.
