Francis “Gene” Buck, 81, Bangor, formerly of Chest Springs, died October 7, 2019 at Maple Winds Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Portage.
Born August 9, 1938 in Chest Springs, son of the late Ferdinand and Pearl E. (Little) Buck. Preceded in death by wife, the former Agnes Holsing on February 28, 2018 and sister, Grace Becker.
Survived by brothers, James of Langhorne and Leonard (Patricia Hite) of Patton and sister, Marie (James) Fierro of Placerville, CA. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Gene was a 1957 graduate of Girard College, Philadelphia. He was a US Navy Veteran and member of Bangor VFW. At the request of the deceased there will be no viewing.
