Beloved father of Sherry & Dick Baker of Columbia, MD, Arlene & Lester Neil of Monroeville, and Ken & Diana Rudoy of Churchill. Brother of Thelma Schary, Eugene Rudoy and the late William Rudoy. Brother in-law of Libby Kotovsky. Grandfather of Jennifer & Jill Luffey, Andy & Adam Neil, Sarah Rudoy and Jason Henley. Great- grandfather of Kyla Coles. Also survived by nieces, nephews & other loving family members. Israel was an officer and an active member of Post 49 of the Jewish War Veterans.
