Mrs. Zech was born June 29, 1943 in York, a daughter of the late Kathryn (Randle) Smith and James Flinchbaugh. She had been employed at Hills.
Frances is survived by her husband; children Charles Zech, and his wife Tina, Lori Herbert and her husband Steve, Joanne Wahba and her husband George Sollberger, Kristine Wood, Philip Zech and his wife Priscilla; 19 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 2 sisters.
