Francis Frederick Kirschstein was the ninth child of Johannes and Eleanora. He was born April 1 1851.
Fred inherited his father's Lot 46 Concession 2 when his father died in 1880:
"I bequeath the south half of Lot number 46 in the Second Concession South of the Durham Road in the Township of Brant, containing fifty acres more or less and all the rest and residue of my estate to my son Frederick Kirstein to have and to hold"
Fred married Elizabeth Walter whose brother Bernard had married Fred's sister Theresia.
Elizabeth and Fred had two children: Albert and Caroline.
Frederick passed away at the age of thirty seven on January 18, 1888.
