Mildred L. Pelmore, was a daughter of Johnnie and Ethel Mae Marshall Robinson. She married Willie Pelmore. He survives.
Survivors also include two sons, Eddie Earl Carter and Johnnie Carter , three daughters, Bobby Jean McNeal, Melanie Donaldson and Melissa Monroe, a sister, Theressa Roberts , eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother.
Mrs. Pelmore graduated from Champaign High School. She worked at the University of Illinois in food services, Urbana Lincoln Hotel and as a daycare provider. She was a member of Pilgrim Baptist Church, American Legion Auxillary Post 559 and Deaconess Board of Pilgrim Baptist Church.
She enjoyed cooking and fishing.
