Ezda Lucille Allen, age 88, a resident of 102-B Spring Creek Road and a retired beautician, died Friday, June 12 at Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma. She was a native of Dyer County and a daughter of Eli Carrol and Ethel Hollister Carrol. She was a member of the Estill Springs Church of Christ. She is survived by a son, William D. Allen of Estill Springs; one sister, Lillian Jacobs of Dyersburg; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Sunday, June 14 at 3:30 p.m. from the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Brother Winston Tipps and Brother Terry Bradford officiating. Interment was in Franklin Memorial Gardens.
