Georgia Rose Stuhlberg, 85, of Twin Falls, died Wednesday, July 19, 2006, at home after a long illness.

She was born Feb. 22, 1921, at Preston, Idaho, to Samuel and Rhoda Ann (Jenkins) Hansen. At an early age she moved with her parents to Jerome, where she was raised on a farm and educated.

She married Edward Stuhlberg on Dec. 30, 1938. They farmed south of Jerome and at Wendell before purchasing a family farm in 1945 southeast of Jerome.

After the death of her husband, Georgia sold the farm and moved to town. Georgia was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Barrymore Civic Club, Rebekah Lodge and also an avid bridge player in the community. She was a very special mother and grandmother and will be missed by all.

Surviving are a son, Charles Edward Stuhlberg of Ketchum; two daughters, Nancy (Jon) Heitzman and Judy Duncan of Twin Falls; three sisters; nine grandchildren; and 15 greatgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death iby her husband, a daughter, a son, her parents, five brothers, and four sisters.

Georgia Rose Stuhlberg, 85, of Twin Falls, died Wednesday, July 19, 2006, at home after a long illness.
